Your orders from pammuks.com are sent to the address you specified in your order via contracted cargo companies.

The delivery time of your order is between 7-15 working days.

Your order is also sent to the delivery address you have forwarded.

If there is an error in the address you have forwarded or you are not present at the forwarded address, etc. For any reason, your shipment cannot be delivered to you by the cargo company and will be sent back to our company by the cargo company.

If the closest cargo branch to you is 20 km away, delivery cannot be made to the address.

Undelivered orders are sent back to our company and your order is returned.

After all order shipments, cargo tracking numbers and e-mail information informing the order status are sent to our customers so that they can make the necessary follow-up. With this information and the tracking links sent, cargo tracking can be done online easily.
